We sell scratch & dent appliances of all major domestic, small domestic and aircon branded products. All, of course, at a price considerably less that what you would fork out for a brand new appliance on the retailer’s shop floor.
Appliance Sales
All major domestic and small domestic products may be purchased from us which may include at an additional cost, delivery and installation done expertly by our qualified technicians.
Out-of-warranty Repair
If your warranty has expired, don’t despair. We treat each customer with the same care and professionalism. Be assured that your appliance is in great hands, and we will make every effort to give you an affordable and quality service. After all, you are a ARC client and we appreciate your loyalty.
The process to follow when you need assistance with out of warranty repairs is as follows:
1. Log the call with us on – 021 946 1615 / 021 945 2659
2. You will receive a job number and a technician will be assigned to your job.
3. Once diagnosed, the technician will give you a quote to repair.
4. On acceptance of quote, we will proceed to complete repair.
All repairs carry a 3 month guarantee on the parts and workmanship

We carry an extensive range of GENUINE APPLIANCE PARTS to the DIY customer. You may collect at the store or arrange for a courier delivery when ordering your part. For any parts enquiries, call us on 021 946 1615 or 021 945 2659 and we will be more than happy to assist with any part requests.

Our Service Centre is open from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm.
Our friendly service teams are always ready to assist with all your homeware appliance product needs.
